Open the Worksy app
Launch Worksy on your mobile device and sign in to your customer account.
Before you begin
Make sure you are signed in to the customer account you want to delete. Account deletion is completed from the Account page in the Worksy app.

Go to the Account page
Tap the Account option in the app navigation to open your account settings.

Tap “Delete Account”
On the Account page, scroll if necessary and select the Delete Account button.

Confirm the deletion
Review the confirmation message and follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.
Important
Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile and associated account data. Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
